Of soft-paste porcelain painted with scenes of landscapes with garden tools and attributes. Fitted with an 18th century silver-gilt mount to the lid of the ewer. The painted reserves are of exceptional quality and scale.
Factory mark of interlaced L’s, the painter’s mark for André-Vincent Vielliard, circa 1770-75.
