A Royal Sèvres Porcelain Tray, 1839

This large Tray was superbly painted with a profusion of flowers and fruit by Moise Jaccober, who also signed this masterpiece.

The Tray formed part of a tea service which was entered into the factory’s sales room on 25th April 1840.  On 22nd April 1844 it was delivered to Queen Marie-Amélie, the consort of King Louis-Philippe.
