A very rare and fine Sèvres milk jug (pot à lait à trois pieds, 2nd size) from a tea service with rare pink scrolling ground and flowers which is a pattern seen more often using green ground panels.

Painter’s mark P with a scrolling tail for the flower painter Dominique Joffroy whilst the date letter i for 1761 is on the matching bowl from the same tea service is shown here as number 11147.
