These assiettes à couronnes have moulded scrollwork and flowers around the rims. They are a group close in date letter and consistently marked by a small number of porcelain painters indicating that they have always been a set since the 18th century.
The flower painters include Nicolas Catrice, Claude Couturier, Niquet and François Binet. The blue edges were painted by J-C Sioux and P-T Buteux.
