A soft-paste Sèvres Cuvette Roussel with peacock feathers. The decoration of peacock feathers is highly unusual; there is a well known example in the Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle, England.
Factory marks in blue enclosing the date letter K for 1763; adjacent to the painter’s mark for Jean-Louis Thévenet.
