A French 18th Century Soft-Paste Sèvres Porcelain ‘Jewelled’ Cup and Saucer (gobelet Litron et soucoupe, 3rd size), 1780-82.

Purchased in 1955 by a very serious collector of Sèvres porcelain from the London dealer Hans Backer.
