This pot à sucre Hébert was decorated by Jacques-François Micaud (active at Sevres 1757-1810). The five blue panels around the bowl are each decorated with a different pattern of gilding, as are the corresponding panels around the cover. This is most unusual.Sold to a collector in the UK, 2008
