This hard-paste porcelain jatte à lait nouvelle is decorated with a gold ground and polychrome arabesques and is from a tea and coffee service of matching pieces.
Gilded with the factory marks under a crown for hard paste enclosing the date-letters ii for 1786; painter’s mark of a wreath for Nicolas Sinsson;gilder’s mark LF for André-Joseph Foinet, called La France.
