This is a very finely-decorated example of early hard-paste porcelain.
The stand and bowl with the factory marks in grey-blue enclosing the date letter x for 1773. Painter’s mark F for Jean-Armand Fallot gilder’s marks # for Chauvaux and a scrolling unidentified mark B.
