Glasshouse Arts and Heritage Centre, the Glasshouse, Stourbridge
Since its inception in 2004 the Festival’s aim has been to celebrate and showcase the skill and innovation of the glass industry and makers, both historic and contemporary, local and international.
The 2022 festival will explore contemporary glassmaking from Korea, Japan and China. The Masterclass programme has a fantastic line up of superb artists, some passing on their skills for the first time. Their first major international exhibition, Expanding Horizons, will feature over 80 exquisite works by artists from East Asia, many showing for the first time in Europe/the UK.
