A Soft-Paste Sèvres Porcelain Bowl, 1761

A very rare and fine Sèvres porcelain bowl from a tea service, probably a ‘jatte à lait‘, with rare pink scrolling ground and flowers which is a pattern seen more often using green ground panels.

Painter’s mark P with a scrolling tail for the flower painter Dominique Joffroy and date letter i for 1761.

The matching jug from the same tea service is shown here as number 11148.
