A Soft-Paste Sèvres Porcelain Cup & Saucer, circa 1760-63

This goblet Litron et soucoupe Bouillard is of the 4th size and is unusual for having the pale turquoise ‘petit very’ ground only used at Sèvres from 1760 to 1763.  The Litron shape of cup with straight sides is also less often seen matched at the factory with this shape of saucer with a curved profile.

The style of decoration places it in the years 1760 to 1763.
