This soft-paste porcelain tray has a bleu lapis border with gilt flower trails.  It has factory marks in underglaze blue but no date letter or painter’s mark.

The shape was introduced at the Sèvres factory in 1756 and would have been supplied with a matching cup & saucer and perhaps a sugar bowl or a milk jug.
