Two Hard-Paste Sèvres Porcelain Cups and One Saucer, circa 1785-87

These two gobelets Litron and one soucoupe are of the 3rd size. The grisaille panels depicting a Dog and a Sheep are attributable to the painter Georg Lamprecht who was active at Sèvres from 1785 to 1787. This painter came to France from Vienna and specialised in these remakable monochrome panels.

The cups are also gilded with the initials U (sheep) and K (dog).
